Shipping & Deliveries

  Please confirm your shipping address before paying for it. Please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for  any updated information.

 

How much is my shipping?

 Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

 All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive between 1-4 weeks after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service. 

Your carrier will be listed on your shipment confirmation email. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Your carrier will be automatically selected based on the shipping address and cannot be changed.

 

APO/FPO address and Puerto Rico shipped via UPS SurePost and the US Postal Service and may take approximately 3 to 8 weeks to arrive. Check your confirmation email for tracking and timelines details.

 

Once your order leaves the warehouse, your carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and surrounding areas. Please contact Customer Service if you need assistance.

 

MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

 If your package was marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will contact your carrier on your behalf and initiate a lost package investigation. This investigation may take up to 10 business days to conclude. Once the investigation concludes, we will either send you an expedited replacement package at no cost or process a full refund.

 
 If you have not received all items in your order, please contact customer service immediately and do not dispose of any of your packaging as we will be unable to assist you further. Upon receiving pictures of the packaging, we will contact your carrier to open a damaged package investigation which may take up to 10 business days to conclude.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time takes about 1 to 2 weeks depending on the country. Estimated delivery times are as follows。
